Size Guide

Surf Coo fleeces have a boxy, unisex fit. 

Please use the charts below to help you choose a size. These measurements are approximate, please allow a couple centimetres of tolerance. 

For reference, I (5’5, UK 10) like to wear S and Luis (6’1, 41” chest) likes to wear L.

For the circumferences on the widths above, please double the measurements.

As I sew every fleece especially for each person, I super appreciate you using the size chart to try and get the right size first time. However if you order a fleece and it doesn’t fit right, not to worry! I’d love everyone to have their perfect fit, just send me an email and I can help you out.

I am happy to accommodate changes to lengths, so if for example you know you have long arms, I can add on an extra eg 5cm to the sleeve length. Or if you are very tall and narrow, you could for example order a S or M but ask for an extra 7cm on the body and sleeve length. You can write these requests in the notes box in the cart when you checkout, or otherwise please don’t hesitate to email me.

FAQs

When will my fleece arrive?
Because of the high demand and how much care I put into each fleece, it takes me 1-6 weeks to sew and post your fleece. If you haven't received a tracking email after 6 weeks, first check your spam folder and then please don't hesitate to reach out.
 
I’d like to buy a fleece but they’re sold out. How can I buy one?
Fleeces have been selling a lot faster than I can sew them recently. To try and manage the demand, I am releasing fleeces on the first Sunday and middle Tuesday of each month. I have a countdown at the top of my website so you can see the exact time, as well as a link to the release schedule. 
 
I was too slow and the fleeces sold out before I could buy one, what are some tips to be fast enough?
Recently fleeces have been selling out in under two minutes. I’m incredibly sorry, it must be very frustrating how tricky it is to get hold of a fleece! I recommend turning up five minutes before 9pm, knowing the exact colour and size you would like and having your payment method ready.
 
Do you still sell hoodies, turtlenecks and beanies?
Because the demand for fleeces has been so intense recently, I sadly had to scale down my collection. It meant I had to take away hoodies, turtlenecks, beanies, pouches and gift cards. I’m so sorry to disappoint anyone interested in these items! Hopefully I can bring them back one day once the demand dies down a little.
 
Where did the pouch option go?
Similarly to above, because of the huge demand, I decided to limit my collection which included the pouch add-on. The pouches take up quite a lot of sewing time and I am prioritising being able to sew as many fleeces as possible right now.
 
Where did the gift cards go?
Because the fleece drops have been selling out in under 2 minutes, I decided to remove the gift cards. I didn’t want anyone to have been gifted a gift card but be unable to use it because the fleeces sell out faster than they can enter the gift code. I hope I can bring back gift cards one day when orders calm down a little!
 
Will you do more limited edition fleeces?
I hope to do a limited fleece drop of around 10-20 special fleeces on the first Sunday of every month. You can keep a lookout here for when limited edition fleeces are being released. 
 
I need my fleece by a certain date:
If you need your fleece by a particular date for a special reason like a birthday, you are welcome to write the date you need it by in the notes box in the cart and I will do my best to sew it on time.

Are your fleeces in any shops?
I’m afraid my website keeps me so busy that I haven’t ever had the time yet to sew stock for shops. There are so many beautiful shops out there that I’d be honoured to have my fleeces in, but for now I feel very lucky to be kept so busy from my website.
